1. Navigate to the ‘Insurance’ tab
2. Click “Add New”
3. Enter Required Details:
   • Insurance Name
4. The following fields are optional
   • Address
   • City
   • State
   • Zipcode
   • Phone number
   • Fax number
5. Save Insurance Profile
