1. Navigate to Pateint Name > Open Targets 
2. On the right-hand side of the screen. Click "Print Trial Sheets" button.

3. Choose Date or Date Range

Use the sliding toggle to select either:

• A single date OR
• A date range

4. Enter the Date(s)

• Input the specific date(s) for the trial sheet.
• This date reflects when the targets became active.

5. Click the "Submit" button to process your selection.

6. A PDF file will automatically download to your computer.

7. Locate the file in your Downloads folder or the designated save location.
