Adding Assessments

How to manually Add or Upload ABLLS-R, Vineland 3, and VB-MAPP Assessments.

Manually Add Assessment

1. Navigate to Patient > Assessments
2. Select Assessment you would like to add.

   • 

3. Create New Assessment:
   • Click on "New Assessment."

   • 

4. Enter Assessment Details:
   • Add the date of the assessment.
   • Enter the tester's name.
   • Click "OK."
   • 
5. Assessment in Draft Mode:
   • After creating the assessment, it will remain in draft mode while you fill in the grids.
6. Add Scores:
   • To add scores, click in the score boxes.
   • The boxes will change colors as you add the scores.
   • 
7. Save: Once all the data has been input, click "Save."
   • ⚠ After saving, the assessment can no longer be edited.

Delete (If Needed): If there is an error with the assessment, click "Delete."

Assessment is successfully added! 🎉

Upload Assessment

Alternatively, you can download an Assessment excel file and then upload it to the Treatment Portal:

1. Navigate to Patient > Assessments > ABLLS-R > Upload tab

2. Download template by clicking "Ablls-R" button (on top right)

2. Excel file will download. Click to Open file.

3. Record Assessment results. Navigate through the tabs on the bottom.

⚠ Note: On the excel file, only fill out the appropriate squares with colors. Be careful to not accidentally delete cells or text in the file, as it will not upload properly to ATrack.

4. Upload completed excel file by clicking "Drop files here"

5. Assessment is successfully uploaded! 🎉

6. Next, go to Goal Suggestions to add goals and targets to the Treatment Plan based on Assessment results. Article Here.
