Add a Maintenance Schedule

How to create Maintenance Schedules and set Mastery requirements.

1. In the Program Manager: Add a maintenance schedule when adding a new target or editing an existing target
   • Go to the Completion section of the target configuration.

2. "Enable" Auto-Completion

3. Under the Upon Completion section, click on "Go to Maintenance".

4. Set Minimum Criteria for Maintenance:
   • Minimum Percentage: The minimum percentage the client must achieve.
   • Number of Providers: Specify how many providers need to be involved.
   • Number of Consecutive Sessions: Specify how many consecutive sessions need to be completed.

5. Click "Add New Sequence"

6. Choose the Maintenance Schedule:
   • Select how often you want to schedule maintenance (choose one):

   • 

7. Set Forward and Backward Criteria:
   • Forward Percentage: Define the minimum score needed for the target to be considered successful. Once this is met for the specified number of sessions and providers, it will move forward in the maintenance sequence.
   • Backward Percentage: Define the percentage at which the target will move backward if the score falls below this level for the specified number of sessions and providers.

8. "Save" the Sequence.

9. Add Additional Sequences (if necessary):
   • Click "Add New Sequence" again to create a second sequence for when the criteria from the first sequence are met.
   • Repeat this process for each schedule (Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly) as required.
