How to add phase change lines and mark important changes that may impact the patient's treatment.
Adding Phase Changes to Goals and Targets

Navigate to Phase Changes:
- Click on "Treatment Plan" in the blue menu.
- Then, click on "Phase Changes".

Click "Add Phase Change":
- On the left-hand side, click the "Add Phase Change" button.

- You will then see this screen

Select Phase Change Type:
- From the drop-down menu, choose a reason for the phase line.

- Then select either Global, Goal Specific or Target Specific:
- Global: Adds the phase change to all targets and goals.
- Goal Specific: Adds the phase change to a specific goal.
- Target Specific: Adds the phase change to a specific target.
- Then select either Global, Goal Specific or Target Specific:

Label the Phase Change:
- Enter a label for the phase change that will appear on the graphs.
- Add a description
- Add a description on why the phase change is needed

Set the Date:
- Select the date for the phase change to be added.

Save the Phase Change:
- Click "OK" to save the phase change, and it will automatically be added.

Adding Phase Changes to Behaviors
- Click on Treatment Plan on the blue menu and navigate to Behaviors
- Click on Phase Changes and then Add Phase Change
- You will then see the following screen

- Follow the above steps 3-7.
- Global - Across all behaviors
- Behavior Specific - Phase change will be added to a specific behavior
- Follow the above steps 3-7.
