Start a Scheduled Session

Where to find and how to start a pre-scheduled session?

1. Click Cases > Select the Case Name > tap on Scheduled Sessions.

2. Select the Scheduled session for today

 

3. Tap Start Session to begin immediately,

• or Tap Assign Playlist if a playlist needs to be selected before starting.
   

4. Choose a Playlist (if applicable)
⚠️ Note: Once a playlist is assigned, it cannot be changed.

• The Playlist will be added to the scheduled session
  
• Click on the session, Click on Start session to begin the session now.
• 

5. Confirm & Start to begin your session.
