Taking Session or Target Notes

How to take notes while in session?

No, you do NOT need to wait for the end of the session to take target notes! Follow these simple steps to access notes on ALL Targets:

1. On a target screen in an active session: 
Click on the Clipboard Icon to open notes.

w2. Complete the target note and click Save.

3. These notes can be found and edited in the Session Summary screen when the session is ended.
